PI Certified PROFINET Engineer and PA Module

The already established certified PROFINET engineer course is now in combination with the PA (Process Automation) module.

The Ethernet-based technology PROFINET has been established for years in factory automation. Also in the process automation, this technology gets a boost specifically with the single ethernet technology. It serves all benefits of industrial ethernet down to the PA field level. Additionally several redundancy concepts force the reliability of process automation plants. You will learn about the PROFINET features, network design, and commissioning up to trouble-shooting.

Network design rules, components
PROFINET device driver
PROFINET protocol
PROFINET for PA
Trouble shooting
Hands on tasks

Mål

You will get a deep knowledge about the PROFINET technology with its possibility to serve the process automation as well. From planning to commissioning up to trouble shooting. Practical task will deepen the learned theory.

Forudsætninger

Basic knowledge of electronics and ability to use a computer.

Kvalifikation

The course ends with an exam. By passing the minimum score level, you will receive the international recognized certification handed out by the PI organization.
